Comprehensive Soft-tissue Therapies

Welcome to CSTMinnesota.com!

This site is dedicated to Comprehensive Soft-tissue Therapies, a movement-oriented approach to achieving pain relief, performance enhancement and lifelong wellness that may assist in:

  • Preventing and rehabilitating injuries.
  • Regaining and increasing range of motion (ROM).
  • Developing full-body coordination and balance.
  • Cultivating smooth and fluid movement.
  • Increasing full-body strength.
  • Building aerobic and anaerobic endurance.
  • Sport-specific preparation.
  • Fat weight loss.
  • Lean body mass gains.

"Comprehensive soft-tissue therapies" is a philosophy that views massage, bodywork, stretching, exercise, and all levels of many other human activities as a continuum that includes passive and active movements, client education, and consideration of ALL soft tissues (including fascia and the nervous system).

The more you can do for yourself, the less you have to pay others to do it for you. You are the only person that has to live with the results of your training/therapies, so use your time and money wisely.
